This role is also available for stay at home moms or dads that is looking to work for 5 or 6 hours per day while kids are at school. Hours for this role is from 8:30 AM to 3 PM

Salary Range: $42000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.

• No Property and Casualty License is required but need to obtain within 6 months of hired date.
• 2 years of customer service is required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
