Salary Range: $32500.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general account maintenance.
  • Process new applications and endorsements efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and learning new software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Property and causality license required
