HireLevel is looking for a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in Benton, IL. The ideal candidate will already have a property and casualty insurance license and experience working in a fast paced/busy environment.

Job Category: Temp to hire
Location: Benton, IL.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break
Compensation: $20.00/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities of the Licensed Customer Service Rep: 
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering friendly and professional customer service
  • Provide ongoing customer support regarding policy questions, coverage explanations, and policy maintenance
  • Quote new business and assist clients with insurance needs
  • Process and assist with insurance claims
  • Manage client billing, payments, and account reconciliations
  • Utilize Agency Management Systems (AMS) and industry-specific software to maintain accurate client records
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention 


Requirements of the Licensed Customer Service Rep: 
  • Property & Casualty Licensing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel
  • Ability to Multi-task
