Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.

Address customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims with accuracy and empathy.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications efficiently.

Assist customers with billing inquiries and process payments.

Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes and assisting with client onboarding.

Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system.

Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
