POSITION OVERVIEW:Davis Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and account servicing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values relationship-building, enjoys working in a team environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide prompt, professional service to clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items.
- Review policies with clients and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate.
- Work closely with producers and agency staff to support client needs.
- Deliver the high level of service that defines the Davis Insurance experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems.
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.
- Positive attitude and commitment to helping others.
