Hours: Mon–Thurs 9 AM–6 PM (1-hour break) | Fri 9 AM–5:30 PM (½-hour break)

Responsibilities:
*** Sales Agents:
- Must meet minimum monthly production goals and bonus requirements
- Responsible for servicing and retaining new business up until its first renewal or expiration date
*** Customer Service Representatives:
- Handle incoming calls for Allstate policy service, coverage reviews, retention, billing, payments, and any other policy-related endorsements or inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction through timely and accurate service
Position Requirements:
- Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance (sales or customer service)
- Allstate experience is a strong plus
- Bilingual—preferably English and Spanish—is highly beneficial
- Strong computer, typing, Microsoft Office, and phone skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others
