Serve as a trusted resource for our retail partners and clients by providing prompt, professional, and accurate service. Prepare and process new business applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes. Maintain accurate client and policy information within AMS360. Coordinate inspections, audits, reports, and other servicing activities to support policy administration. Maintain detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures and carrier requirements. Collaborate with producers and teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve processes while providing exceptional service to every client.

What Youll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred. Two or more years of customer service experience; insurance experience preferred. Alabama Property & Casualty Producer License preferred or willingness to obtain. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
