What You'll Do as an Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by assisting them in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Process policy changes, including endorsements, updates, cancellations, and billing-related requests.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve servicing issues and support client coverage needs.
  • Explain policy details and coverage options clearly and accurately to clients.
  • Assist clients with billing questions and process payments through carrier websites.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.


Our Ideal Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Experienced Professional: At least 3 years of customer service, administrative, clerical, or insurance-related experience, along with strong computer and typing skills and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Customer-Focused Communicator: Communicates clearly and professionally while creating a positive experience for every client.
