About the Role:We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kyle Nichols Shelter Insurance in Senatobia, MS. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting with their insurance needs.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with policy inquiries and changes
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide quotes for new policies and coverage options
- Assist with policy renewals and updates
Requirements:- Sales and/or Insurance related experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
