Insurance Customer Service Representative

looking for a person who will work with the customers and resolve problems. You have to be a problem solver and fix issues to the end. Being able to quote a home or auto. You must be willing to seek more knowledge in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Excellent time management, organizational skills. High degree of self-motivation and self-direction

Ensure proper documentation, by processing endorsement changes, binders, certificates of insurance,

documentation, activities, etc.

Respond to client inquiries, incoming calls, e-mail, mail, assist in the completion of sales binding policies and following through to the end.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Go the extra mile to engage customers

I have no problem training the person for the position. To apply for this position, you will need to come from the background of working in the office and customer service. This job requires a 440 license; the test is easy and can be done from home in a matter of a week.
