The ROLE

The Multi-Line Insurance Customer Service Representative is the service link between the insurance agency client and the carriers represented by the agency. A friendly, customer-service oriented personality and a positive, cooperative attitude are paramount. This role will provide current clients and prospects with quality service and assist the agency with prospecting and sales activities.

Insurance license is required, but you will have the opportunity to obtain once you join the team at Town & Country Insurance.
