Our family-owned agency is seeking a friendly, professional to help assist our current clients. This role is ideal for someone who is highly customer-service oriented and comfortable identifying opportunities that strengthen client relationships, retention, and overall coverage. Not licensed? Well help with all the training and licensing. We have a great team and are happy to teach the right person.
Salary Range: $480000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service to support client retention
Conducting renewal reviews with clients
Handling cancellation call notifications
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
Assisting with potential policy rewrites to better meet client needs
Asking qualifying questions to identify life insurance needs and generating leads to refer to our Life Insurance Representative
Supporting general administrative and miscellaneous customer service tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Active Property and casualty license or willing to obtain one.
Relevant customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-minded approach with a strong service-first mentality
Comfortable initiating conversations around coverage needs, including life insurance
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
