We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing agency team. In this role, you will assist customers with their insurance needs, provide exceptional service, and identify opportunities to offer additional protection through our products and services.

Insurance experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients.

Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, coverage, and account changes.

Assist customers in identifying insurance products that best meet their needs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Review policies and identify opportunities for additional coverage.

Cross-sell and recommend additional products when appropriate.

Conduct annual policy reviews and coverage consultations.

Support customers through the claims process.

Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.

Follow agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Comfortable learning new systems and technology.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous insurance experience.

Active Washington Property & Casualty License.

Active Washington Life & Health License.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, banking, hospitality, call center, or account management roles.
