Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding insurance policies and claims.
  • Assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage based on their needs and provide guidance throughout the application process.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping others
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Must have Property & Casualty & / or Life license
