Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding insurance policies and claims.
- Assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage based on their needs and provide guidance throughout the application process.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the agency team to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping others
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must have Property & Casualty & / or Life license
