We are a growing insurance agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our team and ensure a smooth client experience.
This role is critical to the daily operations of the office and requires strong follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is not a sales role. The primary focus is service, organization, and supporting the team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, staying organized, and completing tasks fully.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and service requests
- Follow up on open tasks to ensure completion
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM
- Assist with client onboarding and policy reviews
- Handle incoming service calls and provide excellent customer support
- Identify potential coverage gaps and notify producers of opportunities
- Support daily office workflow and team operations
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to follow processes and complete tasks without supervision
- Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous administrative, insurance, banking, or customer service experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
