Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about insurance law and defense litigation, and who is ready to step into a challenging role that directly impacts our clients and their interests. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in disputes and mediations.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, you will:

1. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters, including complex litigation.
2. Provide expert legal advice to clients on various aspects of insurance law and commercial litigation.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
4. Actively participate in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and negotiations.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in insurance law and related areas.
7. Provide legal consulting to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and scenarios in an understandable manner.
8. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure high-quality legal assistance to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position will have:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A current license to practice law.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strong focus on insurance law and commercial litigation.
4. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
5. An impressive track record in providing sound legal advice and achieving favorable dispute resolution outcomes.
6. Strong mediation skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally and effectively.
7. Exceptional legal consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
