Responsibilities:• Manage a caseload of insurance fraud litigation matters from inception to resolution• Conduct and defend depositions• Argue motions and appear in court regularly• Strategically develop cases through detailed investigations and discovery• Collaborate with clients, SIU teams, and colleagues to build airtight defenses

• Litigation experience in insurance defense• Strong courtroom presence and confidence in litigation strategy• Investigative mindset and sharp analytical skills• Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance environment
