Insurance Defense Paralegal | North Dallas (Galleria Area) | $60K-$90K

Looking for a paralegal role where you can truly own your cases from start to finish? LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in North Dallas to add an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to their team.

If you're currently working in insurance defense or personal injury defense and want a stable, in-office role with strong compensation and benefits-this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage insurance defense / personal injury defense cases from inception through close

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence

  • Support attorneys with all phases of litigation, including trial prep

  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Maintain case files and track key deadlines

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience at a Texas law firm

  • Must have current or very recent insurance defense or personal injury defense experience

  • Proven experience handling cases from inception to resolution

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases

Details:

  • Fully in-office (North Dallas - Galleria area)

  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility depending on team needs)
