A reputable and fast-paced litigation team is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong insurance defense background to join their practice. This is a hybrid opportunity offering flexibility along with the chance to work on complex, high-volume litigation matters.

What You’ll Do
Manage cases from inception through trial alongside attorneys
Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materials
Handle subpoenas, exhibits, and trial binders
Coordinate expert witnesses and CMEs
Maintain litigation calendars and critical deadlines
Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Conduct legal and medical-related research
Communicate with clients and legal teams in a professional manner
Track and enter billable time daily
What You Bring
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense required)
Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and e-filing (state & federal)
Experience with discovery, document management, and trial prep
Trial experience is a plus
FRP or CP certification preferred
Prior billing experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
