We are looking for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in insurance defense litigation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and the experience to support attorneys in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the areas of personal injury, PIP and first-party property litigation.ResponsibilitiesReview, request, and organize case records (medical files, photos, expert opinions, etc.)Draft clear and concise medical chronologies and summariesIdentify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in careCommunicate with providers, clients, field adjusters, and insurance companiesAssist with demand packages and trial preparationDraft discovery documentsMaintain accurate and up-to-date case filesSupport attorneys with case development and strategyQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience as an insurance defense litigation paralegalStrong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelinesTrack record of capturing billable time in billing software platformsProven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summariesProven experience drafting discovery documentsExcellent writing, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with litigation supportExperience using A.I. for litigation supportFamiliarity with Clio is a plusWhy Join UsCollaborative team environmentOpportunities for growth and development#J-18808-Ljbffr
