Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense)

A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its insurance defense team, with a focus on construction defect and bodily injury matters. What You’ll Do:
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation across multiple matters
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
Prepare materials for hearings, mediations, and trial
Review and analyze medical, billing, employment, and claim records
Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff
Manage case files, deadlines, and e-filing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense preferred)
Experience with construction defect and/or bodily injury cases is a plus
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Familiarity with Florida state and federal court procedures
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with billable time entry is preferred
