Tampa Metro Area seeking a fast-paced and rewarding legal career.
What You Will Do- Manage complex litigation files from initial case intake through trial preparation.
- Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, court filings, and third-party records.
- Perform targeted legal research using case law, statutes, public records, and legal databases.
- Maintain litigation calendars and rigorously track court-ordered deadlines.
- Coordinate communications between attorneys, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- Draft and process discovery requests, document productions, subpoenas, pleadings, and motions.
- Organize trial exhibits, witness binders, and supporting legal documentation for court proceedings.
- Record billable time contemporaneously using legal billing software.
Who You Are- Bachelor s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within insurance defense.
- Proven experience handling cases through all phases of litigation up to and including trial.
- In-depth knowledge of Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Demonstrated proficiency with legal research tools, document management, and time-entry systems.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
