Insurance Follow-Up Representative (Hybrid) - Sea World/151 Area (San Antonio, TX 78251)

Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | After training (2 days onsite / 3 remote based on performance)

We're hiring experienced Insurance Follow-Up Representatives to support a large healthcare initiative with one of the nation's top health systems. This is a great opportunity for revenue cycle professionals looking for stability and growth.

Schedule & Start Classes

• Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• April 27th / May 26th / June 22nd

What You'll Do

• Follow up on insurance claims and resolve denials
• Review EOBs and submit appeals
• Work with payers to ensure timely reimbursement
• Identify and resolve billing issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of Revenue Cycle or Insurance A/R experience
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems
• Knowledge of insurance processes and EOBs
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

Preferred

• Experience with Epic
• Hospital Billing (HB) follow-up experience
