POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support our team in day-to-day operations. You will get hands-on experience in the insurance industry as well as mentorship and training from experienced professionals. Potential for future employment opportunities. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives under pressure, and is eager to grow professionally in a collaborative environment. We do offer flexible hours to accommodate class schedules (if applicable).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with client communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Support insurance agents with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing system
- Help prepare insurance quotes and follow up on customer inquiries
- Learn and assist with insurance software systems and CRM tools
- Perform other office duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
- Willing to get insurance liscense. Study matierials provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude
