We are expanding and have an opening for top performing Commercial Account Manager to join our team-oriented agency. Will consider a remote or hybrid position for the right candidate.

Salary Range: $46000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Remarket existing business based on producer requests or to meet client expectations and make suggestions to clients for upgrades or additional coverage/policies.
• Work with all carrier underwriters and company personnel to resolve problems in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing documentation as requested to align with agency standards.
• Write all types of commercial lines new business for existing and new clients when needed. Process change requests accurately and promptly.
• Follow-up on all requests submitted to carriers for completion, and accuracy.

• P&C license required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills specifically with MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to work in a group and independently
• Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
