Insurance - Licensed Customer Service Representative

Garbe Associates Insurance Agency is searching for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a licensed Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for assisting with predominantly Personal Lines and some Commercial Lines insurance. We pride ourselves on our outstanding insurance products and customer service. Base salary plus bonus opportunities!

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers in person and over the phone.
• Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Assist sales team to meet client needs processing new business accounts.
• Update customer management system with policy information.
• Provide information regarding policies to customers and issue certificates, binder and proof of insurance.
• Process payments and customer policy change requests.
• Issue insurance policies to customers.

• P&C License and insurance experience.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Computer savvy and ability to effectively use Outlook and Microsoft applications and experience with Applied Epic.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
