Insurance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Marketing Specialist to support our commercial insurance team by marketing accounts to insurance carriers and helping producers deliver competitive coverage solutions for clients. This role plays a key part in the agency’s growth by building strong carrier relationships and helping secure the best coverage and pricing options available.
Responsibilities
- Market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts to carrier partners
- Prepare submission applications, loss summaries, and supporting documentation
- Obtain quotes, negotiate coverage terms, and review pricing options
- Work closely with producers and account managers to develop coverage strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance company underwriters and carrier representatives
- Compare quotes and assist in presenting coverage options to clients
- Track submissions, renewals, and carrier responses to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records within the agency management system
Qualifications
- Previous commercial insurance experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
- Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plus
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
