Insurance Office Assistant - Part-time

Qualified Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Insurance Office Assistant for a client in Warner Robins, GA.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the insurance industry. An active insurance license is not required- the right candidate can learn on the job and work toward licensing over time.
Schedule: 2-3 days a week- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PMPay: $14/hourPositions Available: 1
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with front office operations and customer service
• Process insurance payments and maintain client information
• Gather information for insurance quotes
• Answer phones, copy, scan, email, and perform general office duties
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Float between the Macon and Warner Robins office locations as needed

 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and office skills
• Professional and dependable attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Willingness to learn the insurance industry and become licensed in the future
• Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
