Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Manage client communications and deliver outstanding customer service
- Coordinate office activities and support a small team (up to 4 staff members)
- Maintain office systems, records, and equipment
- Assist clients with policy questions, service requests, and follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth, organized, and productive office environment
Requirements
- Active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses (required)
- Bilingual (Spanish and English required)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in office administration and administrative support
- Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and general office technology
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or willingness to learn is a plus
