- Drive agency growth through new business development and personal production
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve their goals
- Develop referral partnerships and community networking opportunities
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and production goals
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while helping grow the agency
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Insurance agency experience (Required)
