Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

• Drive agency growth through new business development and personal production
• Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve their goals
• Develop referral partnerships and community networking opportunities
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and production goals
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while helping grow the agency

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Insurance agency experience (Required)
• Proven success generating new business and exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
