Salary Range: $45000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with policy processing, renewals, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and adjusters as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
• Support the insurance agent with administrative tasks and client communication.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Insurance industry experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
