ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Kaffenberger Family Agency, we are looking for a motivated Insurance Office Representative who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to a positive team environment. In this role, you'll assist clients with their insurance needs, answer coverage questions, support policy servicing activities, and identify opportunities to provide additional value through our products and services.
This position combines customer service and sales in a fast-paced agency setting. You'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences while helping the agency continue to grow. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist customers with policy questions, updates, and coverage reviews.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
• Support agency growth through referrals, cross-selling, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
