Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Director to help us build stronger systems, develop leaders, improve accountability, and create the operational structure needed for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop department managers and team leads
  
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the agency
  
  
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
  
  
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards
  
  
• Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
  
  
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and employee development
  
  
• Work closely with our Systems Director on automation and technology improvements
  
  
• Lead operational projects from idea through implementation
  
  
• Address operational issues before they reach executive leadership
  
  
• Create greater consistency and accountability throughout the agency
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
  
  
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments
  
  
• Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage

• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations
  
  
• Experience using data, KPIs, and scorecards to manage performance
  
  
• Proven success improving processes and developing people
  
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
  
• Comfortable holding others accountable and leading change
  
  

Compensation


$80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
