This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping clients protect what matters most. You'll work with leads and referrals while developing your own pipeline of new business opportunities.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs.
• Provide customized solutions for Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the buying process.
• Cross-sell and round out household accounts when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and activity notes within our CRM.
• Work closely with the agency team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
