The average producer with our agency does $35,000 in premium per month and makes $55,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Producer, your primary responsibility is to generate new business while providing exceptional service to prospective and existing clients.
Daily Responsibilities
* Prospect for new business through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and agency-generated leads.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
* Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional follow-up.
* Meet or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance expectations.
* Follow agency sales processes, compliance standards, and documentation requirements.
* Maintain accurate customer records using agency technology and CRM systems.
* Participate in daily coaching, training, and team meetings.
* Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
* Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

This is a full-time sales position designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy helping people, and want the opportunity to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.
Minimum Requirements
* Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work full-time during agency business hours.
* Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the sale.
* Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to pass any required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, candidates with experience in the following environments are strongly encouraged to apply:
* Allstate call center experience.
* National General (NatGen) sales or customer service experience.
* Direct Auto Insurance call center or sales experience.
* Experience selling personal lines insurance, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella policies.
* Proven success meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
* High-volume outbound calling experience.
* Experience quoting multiple carriers and overcoming objections.
