This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys conversations, problem-solving, and helping others make informed decisions. Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with new and existing customers to discuss their insurance needs
• Help customers understand coverage options and recommend solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects and referrals
• Support the agency’s growth by generating new business
• Participate in training and professional development

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable talking with customers
• Organized and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Preferred (but not required):

• Property & Casualty license
• Experience in sales, retail, banking, or customer service
