Salary Range: $45000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with local families and business owners to understand their unique coverage needs.

Present tailored insurance options that provide genuine peace of mind for our clients.

Follow up with potential leads to explain how our agency can support them.

Maintain accurate client records and handle policy updates with attention to detail.

Collaborate with the rest of our office to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and supported.

Participate in local community events to build awareness and share our helpful services.

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Arizona or ability to study and pass AZ State Exam

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or sales role.

Clear and confident communication style when speaking with clients.

High level of comfort using computers and web-based insurance platforms.

Natural curiosity to learn about the products we offer to help people protect what matters.
