Salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 (Base plus commission) with top performers making quite a bit more

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

Educate clients on insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines

Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options

Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, customer service, or outside sales)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Organized with strong follow-up skills

Must obtain and maintain California Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses (either prior to or immediately after hired)
