Job Summary
Personal Lines Account Manager: Analyzed customer Insurance needs to provide customized insurance solutions to educate clients on insurance policy coverage. Analyzed risk factors to recommend appropriate Insurance coverage. Schedule appointments with clients to assess their insurance needs and make appropriate coverage recommendations. Document all client communications accurately under management system. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and personalized service. Communicate with underwriters to ensure appropriate policy coverage, provide necessary documentation for policy reinstatements, discuss underwriting needs to find a solution to underwriting memos. Remarket, re-quote non-renewing and/or exiting insurance polices.
Personal Lines Producer Assistant: Generated Insurance quotes and proposals for clients to satisfy individual Insurance needs under the guidance of the Personal Lines Producer Analyzed risk factors to recommend appropriate coverage levels and endorsements Finalized sales and collected necessary deposits and documents to bind coverage Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and grammar Used an online rating system for quoting (PL Rater) Remain up to date on carrier binding eligibility and restricitons.
Be able to provide excellent service to clients, by performing an outstanding job when assisting our clients with general inquiries such as processing change requests/endorsements, processing policy renewals, prompt follow up with clients, general billing, handling busy multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments in addition to any general customer service Insurance needs.
Fluent English/Spanish, Independent multi tasking, adaptable to changes, outgoing, excellent Communication, verbal, writing skills. Self starter, types minimum 40+ wpm, 10 key touch, multi tasking, able to work with high volume of calls, inbound, outbound calls, schedule appointments, admin calendar organizer.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
Sell and cross-sell personal and commercial insurance policies
Conduct coverage reviews and identify client needs
Provide insurance quotes and explain policy options clearly
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and production goals
Maintain accurate client records in the agency CRM system
Work closely with account managers and service teams to ensure smooth policy onboarding
Stay current with California insurance regulations and carrier guidelines
Qualifications
Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
1–3+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
Experience selling both personal lines and commercial lines strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
Familiarity with agency management systems and rating platforms
Spanish Speaker is a Plus.
