    Roofing/Restoration Sales Representative
     
    $40,000 Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses | $100,000+ Earning Potential
     
    Feldco is looking for an experienced Roofing/Restoration Sales Representative to join our growing team.
    Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in storm restoration, roofing, insurance claims, insurance adjusting, or a related industry? Do you enjoy meeting homeowners, building relationships, creating your own opportunities, and having control over your earning potential?
     
    This is an opportunity to put your industry and sales experience to work while helping homeowners navigate the storm restoration process from the initial inspection through the completion of their project.
     
    Job Information:
    • Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018 (home office)
    • Pay Range: $40,000 - 100,000+
      • You will receive a $40,000 base salary + commission and bonuses to drive earning potential
    Who We're Looking For
    We are looking for experienced professionals who understand the sales process and can confidently work with homeowners, insurance providers, and internal teams.
    Experience in storm restoration sales, roofing sales, insurance adjusting, insurance claims, or working directly with insurance providers is strongly preferred.
    The ideal candidate has experience identifying opportunities, building a sales pipeline, working with customers, and closing business. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own customers, and taking ownership of your results.

    What You'll Do
    As a Roofing/Restoration Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing your own customer opportunities and guiding homeowners through the restoration process.
    • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to identify homeowners who may have storm or hail damage
    • Meet with homeowners and educate them on potential storm damage and the restoration process
    • Inspect homes for potential storm and hail damage and determine whether a project may qualify for insurance
    • Assist homeowners with initiating and navigating their insurance claims
    • Meet with insurance adjusters during property inspections
    • Communicate additional damage and supplemental items to insurance providers for approval
    • Build strong customer relationships and provide consistent follow-up throughout the project
    • Generate referrals and additional business from existing customers
    • Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer interactions in our CRM
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations

    What We're Looking For
    • Previous sales experience required
    • Experience in storm restoration, roofing, insurance claims, insurance adjusting, or a related industry strongly preferred
    • Proven ability to develop leads and close sales
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and insurance professionals
    • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
    • Self-motivated and driven by performance and earning potential
    • Professional, reliable, and accountable
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
    • Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
    • Willing to conduct door-to-door canvassing
    • Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends based on customer demand
    Schedule: This is a 5–6 day per week position, depending on business needs and team schedules.
     
    Flexibility: The schedule may vary based on customer availability, weather, and seasonal demand. Evening and weekend availability is important in this role because homeowners are often most accessible outside traditional business hours.
