QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus.
  • Job seekers must already have or be willing to obtain the required licensing.
  • Open to embracing the industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations.
  • This position offers a flexible schedule at a 100% work from home capacity.
  • Experience is not required due to our world class training program.
  • Unlimited earning potential (commission), multiple streams of income (personal producer, agency bonus, yearly renewal, stock options, profit sharing, etc.)
  • Occasionally, there will be a once-a-month in-person event, meeting, and/or convention that will be required to attend, if permitted.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will expertly assist clients to diversify their financial potfolio.
  • Work with clients to establish short-term and long-term financial goals, such as retirement, education funding, or manage debt.
  • Prepare clients for a secure retirement.
  • Advise on insurance needs to protect against financial risks, such as, health issues, disability, or property loss.
  • Assist with planning for the transfer of assets and wealth to heirs, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning tools.
  • Assist clients with college accounts.
  • Assist clients with their 401k, TSP, 403b, IRA, or Roth IRA
