What Youll Do

Actively prospect and close new business (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)

Quote, bind, and issue policies efficiently

• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize revenue per household
• Hit and exceed monthly production goals
• Follow proven sales systems and coaching

Leads come to you

Live transfers

Hunting for a new lead is the old way of doing things. We utilize our vendors to provide live transfer calls with a warm lead that's ready to be quoted. You just verify their information and quote away.

Internet leads

Internet leads work similar to our live transfers, they're warm leads because they requested for a quote at that exact moment and it's your job to reach out via call, text, or email.

Licensing

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred

Willingness to obtain required licenses, office will support if need be in obtaining license
