Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Connect with prospective and current clients to learn what kind of coverage they need
Recommend insurance solutions that match each clients situation, budget, and goals
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely, thoughtful way
Prepare quotes, review policy details, and guide clients through the sales process
Build trust by answering questions clearly and making insurance easier to understand
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales activity
Work with internal partners to make sure clients receive a smooth experience from first conversation to policy placement
Stay current on products, carrier updates, and industry changes that affect your clients
Active insurance license or ability to obtain one in Vermont
Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
Comfort with CRM systems and standard office software
Organized approach to tracking leads, follow-ups, and client details
Professional, dependable, and comfortable building long-term client relationships
Knowledge of personal lines or commercial insurance products is a plus
