About the Role

\n

Realty of America (ROA) is hiring 3 Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help home buyers, sellers, and homeowners find the right coverage — including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies — at one of the most important moments in their financial lives: buying a home. You'll work closely with our real estate agents and loan officers to make sure every client is properly protected before and after closing.

What You'll Do

\n

• \n
• Consult with clients (many of them referred directly from ROA real estate transactions) to assess their insurance needs
• \n
• Quote, present, and bind homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies through our carrier partners
• \n
• Build and maintain relationships with ROA real estate agents and loan officers as a steady referral pipeline
• \n
• Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records in our CRM
• \n
• Stay current on state insurance regulations, carrier product changes, and continuing education requirements
• \n
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
• \n

What We're Looking For

\n

• \n
• Active state Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance producer license required (or ability to obtain one within first month of hire — we can help outline the path)
• \n
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred; new agents with a strong sales background will be considered
• \n
• Clean licensing/background record — no unresolved regulatory actions
• \n
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills; comfortable working off warm referrals as well as self-generated leads
• \n
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-driven or hybrid pay structure
• \n
• Familiarity with real estate transaction timelines is a plus, not required
• \n
