Responsibilities
Achieve $25,000/month in new business premium (approximately $300,000 annually)
Maintain consistent outbound calling and follow-up activity
Operate in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
Take ownership of results and pipeline performanceEngage and follow up with warm leads
Quote and close Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies
Cross-sell products and build long-term client relationships
Manage pipeline and meet monthly production goals
Must be willing to attend Sales Training
Must be willing to obtain CA Insurance License

Comfortable with outbound calls and handling rejection
Strong communicator with a coachable mindset
