TruValue Insurance & Tax Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) professional to join our team in-office.

What You'll Do

• Quote and sell Personal Auto Commercial Home Insurance policies
• Service existing clients and build long-term customer relationships
• Handle warm transfer leads (no cold calling!)
• Cross-sell insurance products
• Help grow the business through local store marketing and community networking
• Generate additional income by offering DMV Registration Services and Tax Preparation referrals during tax season
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day

What We're Looking For

• Auto Insurance sales experience is REQUIRED
• Active California Property & Casualty License preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable asking for referrals and closing sales
• Someone who enjoys meeting local business owners and building community partnerships
