Compensation:
Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions
Fixed Compensation: $50,000 base salary

Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims
Educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and potential gaps in protection
Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach
Identify opportunities to better serve existing clients through additional products and coverage
Process policy applications and changes accurately and in compliance with regulations
Support clients through the claims process from filing to resolution
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in insurance or customer service is beneficial.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a related field is advantageous.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
