Responsibilities

• Educate and assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial).
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and clear communication.
• Handle inbound leads and proactively generate new business.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• Provide accurate quotes and explain policy details in a clear, understandable manner.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers regularly.
• Maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements.

• Must have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health license is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and quoting systems
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
