Tony Griffin Allstate in Matthews, NC is looking for a Insurance Sales Associate to join our in-office team. We're looking for someone who already understands the insurance business and is ready to take their production and earning potential to the next level.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, referrals, and existing clients.
- Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities.
- Conduct policy reviews to uncover additional protection needs.
- Build a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve individual and agency production goals.
What We're Looking For
We're specifically seeking an experienced insurance producer who is already licensed.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
- Life & Health license is a plus.
- Proven ability to sell and consistently follow up.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident discussing coverage and asking for the sale.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and other technology.
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results.
- Professional, dependable, and coachable.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office team environment.
