Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.

Provide ongoing support and service to existing policyholders, addressing inquiries and processing changes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals.

Assist in the preparation of quotes and policy documents.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach to identifying customer needs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

A NJ property and casualty license is also preferred.
